PRESENTING SPONSOR TULSA POP CULTURE EXPO EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS

  • Category exclusivity (up to one line of business) is provided within the Tulsa Pop Culture Expo campaign
  • Cross-promotional use of the Tulsa Pop Culture Expo/Presenting Sponsor logo in marketing and on promotional items
  • :30 second projected screen flash ad in rotation with other sponsors (flash ads do not include sound) in various areas (for example main hallways, vendor area, and/or kids’ area) including events leading up to Tulsa Pop Culture Expo.

TULSA POP CULTURE EXPO VENUE on Renaissance Hotel premises

  • On-site promotional location equivalent to two (2) standard booths for premium marketing rights (electricity provided if required)
  • On-site sales rights and promotional rights including surveying, sampling, etc. (to be negotiated with event director on a case by case basis)
  • Presenting sponsor scrim for entrance to event – build out to be mutually agreed upon

BRANDING RECOGNITION

  • Presenting Sponsor logo placement on all Tulsa Pop Culture Expo fliers, newsletters, brochures, posters, and media posts/releases
  • Includes Branding Status with Tulsa Pop Culture Expo handout and map – projected to be 8,000 – 10,000 pieces
  • Presenting Sponsor recognition on select collaterals
  • Logo/Business name included on press wall for Tulsa Pop Culture Expo
  • Prominent logo placement on all event T-shirts worn by crew
  • Opportunity to put promotional giveaway items in swag bags to be given to first 2500 people

SIGNAGE/POSTERS

  • Presenting Sponsor signage campaign throughout Tulsa Pop Culture Expo controlled area (to benegotiated)
  • Presenting Sponsor recognition in all sponsor related areas
  • To be included on multiple versions of convention posters between June and the event, posted locally and regionally including, but not limited to comic book stores, gaming stores, and other businesses.

E-NEWSLETTER/E-BLASTS

  • Use of Tulsa Pop Culture Expo brand and branded content in e-blasts to sponsor-held lists
  • Included in all Tulsa Pop Culture Expo produced e-blast announcements
  • Presenting Sponsor has opportunity to build pre-event and post-event activation components and “cool factor” positioning strategies that engage the fan base (to be agreed upon)

PRINT ADS

  • Presenting Sponsor logo placement in all Tulsa Pop Culture Expo produced print ads including, but not limited to Tulsa World, Tulsa People, and Tulsa Kids Magazine.

ONLINE RECOGNITION

  • Presenting Sponsor logo placement on Tulsa Pop Culture Expo page
  • Presenting Sponsor logo placement/recognition on social media outlets including Facebook and Instagram for the Tulsa Pop Culture Expo micro site
  • Presenting Sponsor special event and/or contests etc. or major giveaways to be included in digital placements (all negotiable)

MEDIA RECOGNITION

  • Presenting Sponsor logo placement/recognition in Tulsa Pop Culture Expo produced radio ads, shout-outs, and interviews
  • Presenting Sponsor logo placement/recognition in television ads, interviews, and shout-outs
  • Presenting Sponsor logo placement/recognition in all advertising and media pushes (subject to media buy)

OUTDOOR ADVERTISING/ELECTRONIC BILLBOARDS

  • Presenting Sponsor logo placement on digital billboards placed throughout the region leading up to convention (minimum of 110,000 rotations)

INVITATIONS AND TICKETS

  • 20 VIP tickets to the Tulsa Pop Culture Expo
  • 10 tickets to our Networking Pre-Party 30-60 days prior to the event. Saturday night VIP dinner during the event (TBD)
  • All tickets, wristbands and invitations limited to one invitation/ticket per person (no one-plus)

SPONSORSHIP SUMMIT AND PRE-PARTY

  • Sponsorship summit and pre-party to include entertainment, dinner, and complimentary beverages
  • Sponsor networking and cross-promotional opportunities will exist

WRAP UP – RECOGNITION

  • Commemorative poster signed by TPCE Talent
  • Summary of execution

FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL

  • Sponsor that locks in two-year agreement also locks in price (maximum 10% increase in 2019 based on convention growth)
  • First right of refusal for renewal agreement (time sensitive)
